Returns & Refund Policy

This policy sets out, in full, the terms that apply to returns and refunds at Chicora Accessories. Please read it carefully before placing an order.
Chicora Accessories sells fashion jewellery and accessories; nothing in these policies limits the care instructions given on individual product pages.
1. The promise
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns are free: we pay the return shipping and email you a prepaid return label.
2. Eligibility
- Requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Item unused, in original condition and, where practical, original packaging.
- Order number or proof of purchase available.
For hygiene or safety reasons, opened consumable items (where sold) can only be returned if faulty. Gift cards are non-returnable. Any item marked "final sale" before purchase is excluded and is always clearly labelled as such.
3. How to return — step by step
- Contact us at ReachUS@ChicoraAccessories.com or 773-633-1202 with your order number and the items you are returning.
- We reply within 1 business day with your prepaid return label and packing instructions.
- Pack the item, attach the label, and drop it with the named carrier.
- We email you when the return arrives; inspection usually takes up to 3 business days.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days of approval depending on your bank.
4. Exchanges
Ask for an exchange in the same email and we will handle it as a free return plus a new free shipment of the replacement, so you are never out of pocket for postage.
5. Damaged or defective items
Contact us within 14 days with a photo. Damaged or defective items are always replaced or refunded in full, free of charge, and never count against your return rights.
6. Refund details
Refunds cover the full product price paid for the returned item. Because shipping was free, nothing is deducted. If a return falls outside the conditions above, we will contact you to agree next steps before doing anything.
