Shipping Policy

This policy sets out, in full, the terms that apply to shipping at Chicora Accessories. Please read it carefully before placing an order.

Chicora Accessories sells fashion jewellery and accessories; nothing in these policies limits the care instructions given on individual product pages.

1. Cost of shipping

Shipping is free on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum spend and no shipping fee at checkout. All prices are shown in USD and are the full product price.

2. Where we ship

We ship to addresses within the United States, including PO boxes where the carrier permits. We do not currently ship internationally, so customs and import duties do not apply to our orders.

3. Processing time

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday excluding U.S. public holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email, then a shipping email with tracking when your order is dispatched.

4. Delivery estimates

After processing, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on distance. Estimates come from the carrier and are not guarantees; severe weather and peak periods can extend them.

5. Tracking

All orders are tracked door to door. If tracking has not moved for 5 business days, contact us at ReachUS@ChicoraAccessories.com or 773-633-1202 and we will investigate with the carrier.

6. Delays

If an order will be materially delayed, we will email you with the reason, the revised estimate, and your options — including cancelling any unshipped item for a full refund.

7. Lost or damaged parcels

Contact us within 14 days of the delivery date (or expected date) if a parcel is lost, or with a photo if it arrives damaged. We will replace the item or refund you in full, at no cost to you.

8. Address errors

Please verify your delivery address at checkout and contact us immediately if it is wrong; before dispatch we can usually correct it free of charge.
